Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in the original packaging, with return shipping covered by the customer.
To start a return, please fill out the contact form below and include your order number and reason for return. We will then send you the return address where you can mail your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll immediately arrange a replacement.
