This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Scratches, scuffs, tarnishing, discoloration, or fading from regular use
• Damage from drops, improper storage, misuse, or overloading above its stated weight limit
• Damage from exposure to water, perfume, lotion, cleaning products, or chemicals
• Lost or stolen items

If you believe your purse hook has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty:

1. Fill out the form below with your order number, date of purchase, description of the issue, and clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
2. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
3. If approved, we'll send you a replacement at no charge (you will not need to return the defective item unless requested)
4. Approved warranty replacements typically ship within 3-5 business days

• Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required for all warranty claims
• This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser
• The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one (1) year
• International customers are responsible for replacement shipping costs
